Sadly today I have had a slight set back in our progress. I had to have one of my wisdom teeth removed. The procedure alone has caused my face to swell up so I am sure that will impact my numbers. In addition, I am limited to soft foods for the next 3 days. If you have any familiarity with the plan, soft foods isn't exactly a common thing on there. Basically for the next 3 days I will be eating things that aren't on plan. Best deal here might be the fact that I don't imagine I will be eating a great deal since my mouth hurts, so maybe it will be a fairly equal balance.
In my own personal happiness though, I am milking the opportunity to have ice cream. :o)
