Well, it has been a while since my last post. I finished out the week break and my number from the scale today.... *drum roll please*

Yup that makes me pretty darn excited!!! This makes the total weight loss since Aug. 13 27.6 lbs. This leaves me about 25.4 lbs left. It is nice to be half way there! Plus this is the lowest I have EVER been!!! :o)
People can also see the results now which is always a great motivator. I even got to go shopping for quick celebration for getting through this far. I ended up purchasing just a couple shirts. It was great though because they were a smaller size than what I actually normally used to purchase. I LOVE it!!!

I do think you have been lower. I don't think Mom gavr birth to a 200 lb baby girl. LOL You know how proud I am of you for this great moment in your life. I can see the change in your looks, smile and over all attitude. Love you Dad
